David & Eliza's Engagements

I'm pretty sure the weather and location couldn't get much better for this shoot! David and Eliza will be tying the knot in June and I am so thrilled I get to shoot their engagements, bridals, wedding day photos, AND I get to do their flowers too! Can't get much better than that! One of the unique things about this couple is that they both have worn rings (even David!) the whole time they have been engaged. They don't want anyone thinking they're available. Such commitment to each other! Seriously though, there is no question in my mind that these two are in love. They were so easy to work with and were naturals in front of a camera. So relaxed all the time! I hardly ever had to tell them to "shake it out". Hah!

Another awesome thing about this shoot was I bought a step stool (!!!!!) and this was my first time using it on a shoot. This is something I've been wanting to buy for a LONG time now and I finally got around to doing it - I'm so glad I did! Why did that take me so long to buy!? Now I just need to get used to incorporating this useful tool into my shoots.
